home cooked fayre. He prides himself in using local produce where possible
for his dishes to ensure quality and freshness. |
Being an ex-butcher, Sandy really understands meat. He buys our Aberdeen
Angus from our cousin Willie Mackay’s farm in Ackergill, Caithness and prepares
it for our guests to enjoy. |
